Four 2+ acre lots off Bivins Road will feature some of our largest and most popular home designs. Located in one of the most picturesque parts of the county with a quick and easy commute to Duke, this is sure to be the best of both worlds. Construction on the Eleanor floorplan scheduled to start this summer!
Model Homes:
Two fully designed homes in our Morningside community will be made available for purchase later this year. Both the Nottingham II and Kensington II plans are charming Cottage style homes with master suites on the first floor. This is a great way to get a beautiful and well-appointed home that is thoughtfully designed and move-in ready!
Coming in 2024:
A new community near NCCU featuring smaller homes at a more modest price point. While the lot sizes and locations of our current active communities have lent themselves to our larger homes, we are excited to have this infill location coming in 2024.
