New Community:
This new community near NCCU will feature smaller homes at a more modest price point. While the lot sizes and locations of our current active communities have lent themselves to our larger homes, we are excited to have this infill location coming later this year.
Model Home:
A fully designed home in our Morningside community will be made available for purchase later this year. The Kensington II plan is a charming Cottage style home with primary suite on the first floor. This is a great way to get a beautiful and well-appointed home that is thoughtfully designed and move-in ready!
