New construction within walking and biking distance of Duke University is nearly unheard of — which is exactly what makes this location so exciting.
Three new lots are now available on the corner of Anderson and Auburn Street, moments from West Campus, Duke Gardens, the Nasher Museum, and the trails of Duke Forest. This great location also means you are minutes away from downtown Durham, or your favorite Lakewood coffee shop, plus you have easy access to the highway for the trip to RDU.

FAQs

No, there will not be an HOA for the Anderson Street homes.

Both Premier and Reserve homes are built to the same B. Wallace quality standard — the same craftsmanship, materials, and subcontractor crews that go into every home we build. The distinction is about included finish level and depth of personalization. Premier homes typically feature more efficient floor plans with generous curated selection options. Reserve homes are typically geared more toward main floor living, with more elevated finishes included and the broadest allowance-based selection experience we offer. We are happy to discuss these details with you to be sure you have a clear understanding of what each home would include.

Premier level homes are already beautifully appointed with excellent finishes, and many buyers find them complete exactly as designed. That said, we understand that some buyers fall in love with a Premier floor plan but want the elevated interior finishes of the Reserve level — so for this community we are pleased to offer a finish upgrade package that allows you to add Reserve level interior finishes to a Premier home at a fixed rate. It depends on the scale and nature of the modification. We put a lot of thought into these floor plans and available design finishes for livability, durability, function, and style. That said, we know that every family is different and has different needs — which is why we have a Special Request policy that allows buyers to make unique modifications to their home to fit their specific lifestyle. These typically do not include changes to the footprint or structural components of the home, but past examples have included additional windows, zero entry showers, built-in litter box nooks, washlet toilets, or changes to non-load bearing interior walls.
