Early 2027: Located approximately two miles from Southpoint Mall, in the popular Southwest Durham corridor, this project will be within walking distance of CM Herndon Park, Lyons Farm Elementary, and the American Tobacco Trail. We currently anticipate price ranges to be similar to our newly released Anderson Street community. This project will include 10-12 lots, ranging in size from approximately .3-.7 acres, located on a private street that has not yet been built.
